About Sonja Lyubomirsky

Sonja Lyubomirsky Sonja is professor of psychology at University of California, Riverside, and author of The How of Happiness: A New Approach to Getting the Life You Want target'

Sonja did her undergraduate work at Harvard University where she received several awards for her outstanding work. She received her Ph.D. from Stanford University.

She writes a blog for Psychology Today called The How of Happiness. Among the different courses she teaches are the Psychology of Happiness and Virtue and Positive Psychology. She published The How of Happiness in 2008 and her life has never been the same.
