About Janet Cranford
Janet Cranford, LCSW, CCMC is a Career and Life Transition Coach who helps people over 50 rediscover their dreams and create meaningful work that fits who they are now.
Janet has a Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida International University. In addition, she has received coach training from the Institute for Life Coach Training and Retirement Options, and is certified in career coaching through the Career Coach Academy. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation.
Janet began her career working in nonprofit organizations as Chief Financial Officer, before making her own career change to social work. As a social worker, she worked with people who were at the end of their lives, and was struck by how many of them expressed regrets about not pursuing their dreams earlier in life.
Janet started her business, Career Change Pathways, to help people over 50 avoid that regret. Her goal is to inspire and motivate people in midlife to design a meaningful life/work that makes full use of their wisdom, strengths, and talents.
