Barbara J. Winter is the visionary-in-chief at Winning Ways, a training and publishing company she founded to pass along what she’s discovered about creative self-employment. A native Minnesotan, Barbara’s world headquarters is currently located in Valencia, CA.

Besides traveling around the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, conducting seminars, she also hosts several retreats and workshops each year. In addition, Barbara frequently teaches teleclasses that attract participants from around the world.

Her writing has appeared in dozens of magazines as well as in her bimonthly newsletter, “Winning Ways,” which she began publishing in 1986.
