Dr. FrankMonique, what brought you to write your book on the topic of confidence building? Why is the book so special?
Dr. FrankIn the first part of your book, you speak about “Discovering my purpose.” This is so challenging for most people. How do you approach finding life purpose?
Dr. FrankTell us briefly about the contents of the book and how it is structured so that it can most benefit readers.
Dr. FrankThe title of your book is, “Dammit I am Right.” One of the design features of human beings is their tendency to want to be “right,” which means that someone not sharing their view is “wrong.” This is a source of conflict and non-workability. So, what’s the source of using the phrase “I’m right”? What’s the context in which you use the phrase?
Dr. FrankIn the e-course I’ve created with Dr. Fred, “Shifting Gears at Midlife: Creating an Extraordinary Life,” we include what we call a “Blockbuster Project,” which offers the participant the opportunity to create a “big game,” a project which will draw out the best of the participant, maybe something they may not accomplish. The important thing is that they play full out. You offer something called a “Life Project.” Would you give us an overview of what it entails?
Dr. FrankCan you share with me one or two stories about how your approach has helped your coaching clients?
Dr. FrankI’d like our listeners to know that we’re currently working together on an e-Course version of the book. How is that going to work? When will it be published?
Dr. FrankMonique, would you share with our listeners how they can find out more about your work.
