Winton Churchill founded Barefoot Consultants, an international training and consulting company. In this interview on the “ABC’s of Freelancing,” he talks about his 3-step system for putting the skills and experience of baby boomers on the global market.
With the downturn in the US economy in 2008, Winton turned his attention to the growing phenomenon of online jobs. Online work provides baby boomers the opportunity to earn extra income. It also makes it possible to live and work from anywhere. Winton practices what he preaches. He himself moved to Mexico in 2007, although he works with clients mostly in the US and Canada.
